I had recharged my prepaid mobile under voice pack scheme for rs135/- talk time for 5hours 35 minutes at 6.51 pm dated 22/10/14. I have received the SMS from your side giving the confirmation at 6.52 pm. But today balance of 00.84 paise is been shown, i have not used my phone for that amount...mobile no [protected]
