[Resolved] BSNL — Regarding bill generated when i am not using service of bsnl (Broad band) | |||||
I am sujit kumar gupta serving in border security force at hoshiarpur punjab .I am not using bsnl broad band service since 29th january 2019.Before this date i was using bsnl broad band service and on 29th january 2016 i was disconnect bsnl broad band service but after disconnection bsnl generate bill every month. I contect bsnl department but they says that you are not disconnect bsnl land line .You are disconnect only broadband service not land line service but when i take new connection that time i fillup only for broadband connection not for land line service and presently land line service not activated nither use this service.Please solve my complaint Was this information helpful? | |||||
