BSNL — Regarding the online recharge | |||
Sir, I had tried to refill my BSNL prepaid mobile using SBI online mobile prepaid through internet banking on 6th April 2015 at 12:30 pm of Rs200 but I am yet to receive the amount, the said amount was deducted from my SBI account. Neither the amount has been transferred to my mobile nor the refund has been made. So, I kindly request you to do something in this matter.
