BSNL has not been paying rent for past 6 months. Intially they had said they have update their software and amount will be RTGS shortly. Then they brought the rent with the wrong name on it. I have not accepted it since the name was wrongly printed. Then after following up that guy says he got transferred into another department and I have to contact the guy who visits the tower regularly. Upon contacting the guy who visits the tower he says he does not know I have to visit the head office. Our tower is in Balanagar Area.
