BSNL — unable to recharge online using internet, funds come back to account

dear sir, I am Milind Nagrale, from Nagpur using BSNL No [protected] from last 10ysr. I am now in Hyderabad and using roaming free plan. yesterday i have lost whole balance and now i am unable to do call/to receive call due zero balance. I have try to put topup of rs 100 using ICICI net banking but after few hrs 100 come back to my ICICI account. This is first time with me. Also i try using paytm.com to rechage my number but paytm.com says that BSNL Maharashtra facing some technical problem, so unable to recharge the bsnl number. What to do now??? Any option pls suggest because all my incoming calls on hold. Also i am unable to connect customer care Maharashtra due to roaming Waiting for reply... Thx Milind Nagrale [protected]
