no contact made by bsnl staff... i have even tried writing to their appellate authority.

now i have kept patient long enough, and i am really frustated by their service...not a single time, did they contact me...i will also try to find a higher authority of complaint, where i can highlight this, so far the worst service by any telecom company...also i want to, mai me atleast where to submit and which documents to submit their no. for porting...
there was a contact made by bsnl...to their needed information, recharge done by dealer by the no. [protected] and reference no. [protected]..and also on 21st july only, message by bsnl of deducting Rs. 32.93, from main account for validity extension recharge..
the recharges were made on my mother's no. ..i have given complete details of them...still if any query, then my alternate contact no. is [protected]

how many ages will the company take to resolve the issue?
no contact made by the company...neither any refund done, nor any no. porting information given...as soon as i get time, i will take this complaint to a high telecom regulating authority to bring into their notice, the ignorant and unresponsive nature of bsnl customer care staff...also i will put this complain on other complains registering sites, so that it can be viewed more...

The customer executive had called and told me later that due to the recharge made by the company twice, on single day, both through my retailer and the company itself, of extending the validity upto 6 months, the company would now extend it for 1 year….but now within 6 months, another recharge reminder message has been given by the company to me…kindly make sure, no balance is deducted, and also the services continue upto 1 year, as per the solution, which the company had suggested on deducting recharge amount, twice by mistake…

yet another reminder message of recharging for continuation of services given by bsnl, inspite of me commenting and updating the complaint here, just a day before...the bsnl staff doesn't even read the complaints...
i called up your customer care one hour back...Mr. Shoaib picked up the call..
he told me some interesting exceptional rules, quite different from other telecom companies, as follows..
1.two same recharges amount can be deducted, on the same day, within the same hour, out of which, one done by the company itself-evn if service given only for one..
2.no refund policy in bsnl by customer care, even if service not given.
3.if any grievances on the previous assurity by bsnl, one has to go to the office of bsnl, the customer care cant check anything from there.
i don't know, the employee was just joking around with the responsibilities...or the staff is joking around, not even looking into the complaint...even if the customer somehow makes contact, they put responsibility on other staff members...well, ok, i will forward this complaint on every site, with the mental harssment you giving me...

no resolving of the previous complains...and they cut the recharge again, of continuation of services...and the tariff of the recharge they did is call rate of Re 1/- per min...i have used other sims before like airtel, aircel and reliance, but they resolve the issues...and bsnl doesn't solves any and each day they are as if looting with new surprises
recharge done with new services of call rate of Re 1/- for local calls, itself by the company...i think any company even without deducting any recharge amount, will provide call rates much cheaper...and bsnl is recharging and changing packs in my no. itself, without giving any advance info about such a scheme...giving grievances to customer each day, without solving any complain
