[Resolved]  BSNL — Very Low BSNL Broadband Speed

I have opted for a connection "BB Home Combo ULD 999" which clearly says "Upto 4 Mbps till 8 GB, 512 Kbps after 8 GB". But I am getting not more than 1.7Mbps at any time. I believe either BSNL is not providing proper available speed for Broadband or misleading the customers by providing fake particulars about Broadband Connection. Connection number is[protected] and the location is under Mala Exchange, Thrissur, Kerala. Attaching the speed check results from speedtest.net and bandwidthplace.com
