BSNL — Worst service from bsnl | |||
The bsnl telephone no.[protected] is out of order since one month. the complaint no. is[protected]. The phone is with broadband internet connection We have been contacting bsnl yelahanka ever since the phone went out of order but till today they are not able to solve the problem. Everytime they tell the same reason the road is dug and we have to get 300 meters cable and we are on the job since 03/06/2015. The cable incharge Mr.Harish of BSNL is just ignoring calls. I request the higher authroities to initiate action against such employees who are so ignorant, careless, negligent and irresponsible. The service offered by bsnl is so pathetic. Every time we call up customer service - they say it will be ready in 2 days Everybody wants a change in the system. Looking at BSNL and its apathy I am shocked and feel ashamed of the people and the system. DO WE NEED 2 MONTHS ATTEND A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT ? IS THE BSNL AUTHORITIES ALIVE ? IF ALIVE, CAN THEY JUST LOOK INTO THE COMPLAINT AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE ? Was this information helpful? | |||
