BSNL — wrong information provided and refund of balance

Bsnl hr provided wrong information about minutes plan i recharged but not worked I again called back care and file a complaint but no action taken I again called care but no satisfactory answer given by teamleader Nilam. I want my deducted blnc back. All matter was of 15 jun 15 at 2306 hrs when i made first call to confirm plan . You can check call recorded by care My no.
