[Resolved] BSNL — Wrongly deducting amount from main balance in prepaid

My main balance of prepaid no [protected] of Rs 159 has been wrongly deducted. As I was downloading and having more than sufficient balance of 3G data, still I made another recharge of one GB before starting download. Receipt Number:[protected] Transaction ID: PGSM[protected] Transaction Date: [protected]:09:00 I tried several time to contact the customer care but every time I got the same answer that due to technical problem they are unable to take the complain. the same incident happened to me earlier also but at that time as the amount was small I didn't take any step. Jan 13, 2016 Updated by arupsarkar After lodging complain at this forum I got a call claming that he from BSNL Customer Care Mobile NO. [protected], He told that your deducted amount will be refund to yuor bank account. so he ask me the debit card no. Which I denied and soon he cut the call.If it is really from BSNL please check. But I think it is a fraud call.
