[Resolved]  Ashtavinayak Developer — Regarding flat possession of 2bhk in jamtha galaxy wardha road location

We also booked a flat in galaxy jamatha, the developer is asking for more money but the there is no progress on the site. We are also confused. Please contact me and lets have some discussion

Dear Sir,

We booked flat in month of Feb 2012 at in BESA Ashtavinayak township project, but after completing 3.5Years
there where no progress in township project We paid the 40% amount to developer according to progress but from last 2years their is no progress as they promised within 2years after booking as per agreement.
But he was not giving details of possesion of flat we visit ashtavinayak developer so many times bot not getting any positive responce now we are worrid about 40% amount of flat paid to him and felt there is fraud is done by developer

We are paying the rent and interest of bank on loan. Ashtavinayak developer is playing with the feelings & life of common man.

Kindly help us.
