Highly Unprofessional service by such a reputed brand.

I placed an order online (#LTOD800012) on 28th of May, 2016 and made the payment for the same online. I later received an SMS stating that my order has been declined. I contacted them for the same and they told me that the refund will be provided to me. Even after multiple communication emails, i did not receive any response nor the refund. Even after 20 days they have failed to provide a refund for the order.
