[Resolved]  Bilcare Limited — Principal payment on fdr maturity

Address:Pune, Maharashtra

My Bilcare Ltd, Pune FDR No 812407 for Rs 2 lakh has matured on 28 Aug 2013. The FDR has been forwarded to the Registrars to the FDM/s Kisu Corporate services, Mumbai 400004 through M/s Bajaj Capital, Pune through whom I had made the FD, on 28 Jul 2013. I have received the interest warrant on the FDR for Rs 21956 with Rs 964 / - deducted as Tax. This is despite my submitting Form 15 G in Apr 2013.
Therefore, I have forwarded the Form 15 G afresh for FY 2013-14 again along with the maturing FDR sent through Bajaj capital.
To date I have not received any intimation nor the Principal / TDS deducted wrongly.
The Company must pay additional interest for the delayed period as well.
This should also act as a caution for those investing in such poor servicing companies.

fixed deposit payment ?????
Another Satyam in the making.
The company, which was once touted as the World's Biggest Packaging company has defaulted on its interest payment.
My client, a housewife, with no other sources of income, has invested in the FD of this company and Bilcare has not paid her interest for the 1 year.
God Help
Dear Bilcare FD Holder,

Bilcare had approached Company Law Board for extention of repayment of fixed deposits. On 06.08.2015 CLB has passed the order to repay Rs 40 Cr to depositors whose deposit amount is below Rs 1 lac and also depositors whose age is more than 70 years.

Company is not following this order and sending back all the depositors they have got the order to return the money in 15 months. Even to some depositors they have issued the letters also. They do not even show the order issued by CLB to the depositors.

As per Bilcare they will pay money to depositors who are more than 70 years of age and if their FD amount is below 1 lac. It means if anybody's FD amount is less than 1 lac and his age is not more than 70 years, then he/she will not get money.

As per Bilcare, age above 70 years and FD amount less than 1 lac is one condition. They are telling lies to all the depositors by twisting the words and giving wrong interpretation of CLB order.

Actually interpretation of CLB order is :

40 Crs to be paid within 7 months to following two category of depositors :

1. Depositors whose FD is below 1 lac.
2. Depositors whose age is more than 70 years irrespective of amount. Entire FD repayment to be done

Company one again cheating all us. Company is going under heavy losses and will close down any day. So rush to get back your money.

I am a senior citizen and home maker. No other income than my Husband"s meager pension. Having faced a big blow due to the heavy downpour and rains in November/December 2015 in Chennai by losing most of our personal belongings, we are left with nothing worthwhile to support our life.
