[Resolved]  Business India Magazine — Non delivery of magazines

Subscription no. 283977 We had taken their yearly subscription in November 2013. Fortnightly issues were to be delivered to us at Sector 83, Noida, They use postal service to send the magazine to us. Not a single magazine was delivered to us from the postal service. When asked they informed us to follow up from the Postal Department. We have to follow up from them on email and a mobile (number of whom I have been fortunate to get otherwise none of the numbers on their website works ) of a person related to the company. If we are lucky then we get an issue which is 15 / 30 days old. But not lucky every time. Nor they are interested in returning the subscription money. A lot of time is wasted in the follow up. We have not received any issue since May 2014. It appears that no one who can decide over such issue checks the subscription email "[protected]@businessindiagroup.com".
