We are From Yelahanka 5th Phase, SHIG - D6 Apartment Block regarding the Suspect of water Meter Problem. This Suspect is came after increase of water bill charges month on month from last 4-6 months. Before writing this Complaint we have checked our pipe lines outside and in each flat for leakage etc., and found no issue reported.

BWSSB has dug up the road in front of houses two months back and not yet laid a proper road yet. Half the street is done and the other half incomplete.
Senior citizens are struggling to enter and leave the house.
I am a doctor and not able to take out my car even in an emergency.
Kindly complete the work....

This is to bring to your attention of what seems to be a unresolvable issue for the BWSSB. We have three water meters, 2 of them have ECS while for the third one..even though ECS application was sent and repeated visits to office and assurances that it will get activated has failed!! Now in such a scenario how is BWSSB going to help us. Kindly respond....

BWSSB is charging us additional amount monthly for Rainwater harvesting, which is strange ..In our colony only we are getting charged on this.. They did not provide any notice on this..After we consulting BWSSB Vijaya Bank Layout, we were told to Submit Service Certificate of BESCOM, which we have submmitted.. I have a constant issue of silt deposition into my chamber from the main line of BWssb. I filed several complaint asking for desilting the line
But the line men become aggressive and constantly argue and leave it half attended.

Now my sump is seeping with drainage water.

I cannot fight any longer. Needs guidance and support

We have been getting hardly @ 500 ltrs water in a week .I.e on Saturday night after 8- 9 pm.only after all the residents sump are filled and by the tome we receive the water stops.
