BWSSB — Drainage pipe broken

On 16th of February, the drainage pipe is broken down by one of our neighbors to cause trouble to other residents residing in the road. This has led to several problems in passage of waste water as well as leading to a place of breeding mosquitoes & other water borne illnesses. I would request you to kindly escalate this issue. We tried to call & regular visit to the office but there is no proper response.
