BWSSB — EXCESS BILLING WITH SC FOR BOREWELL

RR W-323160 / RRN, Bill No W[protected], bill says S C for bore well where i do not have the bore in the said sight. even i gone through BWSSB portal and understood the meaning as S.C for bore-well. This a Sanitary Charge for the water consumed from the bore-well and let into the sewage lines. here the question my water bill charge itself Rs188 where as i am getting bill Rs.200 for S C for bore well. i feel there is some problem in the system calculation. Request you to fix the issue and correct so that from next month we will not get the same issue continues. Thanks for your understanding / co-operation.

we dont have borewell, but we consuming water from govt tanks situated near roadside. now bwssb line man asking us to pay borewell charges for consuming the water.

can any one help in this regard.

We dont understand the logic. Because we only use the cauvery water and the consumption is tracked as per meter, Why are we being charged for a facility which we are not even using.

RRNO:E-406761, Bill no:E[protected] SUB Div. SE2 of Rs.1244 includes Rs.150 SC towards borewell charges whereas the building does not have any such borewell at all. We have a provision of a rain water storage/well. This has to be reversed since introduction of such charge.
