BWSSB — Kaveri water releasing in my area,RMV 2nd stage ,3rd cross,behind devi bar, L.G.Halli

Last 4 weeks we are not getting the Kaveri water in my area RMV 2nd stage, 3rd cross, behind devi bar, L.G.Halli, even earlier also they are not giving the water regularly neither there is a force in the water and i am getting the water bill which is very high. Repeatedly informing the shakar nagar BWSSB office no action has been taken. Please do the needful asap.
