[Resolved]  BWSSB — New water connection not given

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

My address is given below. Though I have submitted all documents required and the DD for Rs 16000 + 2800 for a new water connection, inspection of the premises has also been done, no action has been taken for the past one month. I was asked by the plumber and inspecting person that a cash payment of Rs 5000 has to be done for the connection. I have given an advance of Rs 1000 for this and have said the remaining will be paid after connection is given. There has been no response till date. I have met some officers in the office at BWSSB off in Kundanahally, please tell me if I have to give cash to the officers and if so the amount. I will give it if a receipt is given.
