BWSSB — no kaveri water supply

We in adugodi 3rd main road have kaveri water problem from more than a month. I wonder if there are any people or concerned official who resolve the problem immediately. Today no water even for brushing. Please pump the water immediately. We have complained over phone a lot of times which had been useless till date.
