BWSSB — No water for 4 families for over a week - repeated complaints to supervisor with no resolution

RR #: E[protected]...There's been no water supply for over week now as on 05/05/15. I have repeated called the supervisor here at Ulsoor BWSSB office. He promised to get a valveman within a day considering May 1st was a holiday. So I waited. I called him today, his wife picks up the call and says she'd put me through to her husband.but disconnects the call. I have 2 one year old babies and 4 families living in the building with not a drop of water at home. Reason: Valveman changed the water meter on 30th - that was the last day we've had water at home. My name is Manjunath and I live in Ulsoor near the Millenia towers.
