BWSSB — No water supply in 2nd cross, S G Palya

There has hardly been any water supply to the 2nd cross area of S G Palya, C V Raman nagar post. repeated complaints to call center and BWSSB office at Bhuvaneshwari nagar has gone to deaf ears. Our monthly bill for the past 3 months is just 100, which is the bare minimum for using their meter and connectivity. Can some1 please wake up and do something? The strange thing is there is a sub control fixed on 2nd cross and the concerned operator happily forgets to turn this on and disappears while supplying water to other areas. The Bhuvaneshwari nagar office AE says catch hold of the operator when he is turning on the valve. However, this guy comes in the wee hours and its just not possible. Some1 please help on priority.
