Water is leaking at the valve at 16 th main, 5th block, HBR layout, 5th block for the last more than a month.No action has been taken inspite of repeated oral complaints.There is one more pipe leakage near house no 1698. In addition the sanitary chamber near junction of 38 th cross and 16 th main, 5th block, HBR layout, bangalore 560043 is damaged severely and is likely to cause accidents. In Swatantra Nagara Main Road, Ayyappa Nagar, KR Puram- UGD manhole line has collapsed the road and made a dig at centre of road due to improper packing of soil. This Big Hole has formed just infront of a child clinic where lot of patients come. Many vehicles getting struck in that hole and likely to cause accidents. Request to attend and repair the same urgently.
Exact location of this Manhole damage is - Opposite Sri Sai Child Clinic, Swatantra Nagar Main Road, Ayyappa Nagar, K R Puram, Bangalore - 560036
