We have complained 3 times before for our referigerator not being working properly. Your executives came 3 times, but our problem did not sort out by them. So, please sort that out as soon as possible. By the way, it is in warranty period right now....

this micro oven was given as a birthday gift by my brother in nov 2006. there was no recipe book given along with this model .i feel sorry as it remained just a heating product than using it to its full to make recipes. it remains a white elephant as even a simple papad gets burnt in the middle....
