I have purchased some grossary and food items from reliance fresh outlet of Roop darshan society branch and found some error in billing after i paid the amount and then at exit security guard also found a diiferent error in the bill.

Mostly all the Shop-keepers across Mumbai Sell Pepsi Beyond the M.R.P. Rate. They charge extra Re.1 or Rs. 2 saying it as a Cooling Charge, which is a Crime as per the Consumer Court rules. Please take Action against it....

on 21 may i went to rly station platform to recieve my mother. At platform no 3 all the shopkeepers are selling cold drinks bottle at 5 Rs higher than mrp. when i complained to station manager about this he just casually said i will scold them. I dont think he will do any thing. Mismanagement...

this is to bring into your notice that from one of your outlet, your delivery boy has denied to deliver at my residence and also refuse to transfer the call to his supervisor. Now my concern is if the same outlet has delivered me many times in past then why now...

I purchased Thums Up of MRP Rs 23 but the retailers / railway vendors charging Rs 24 / Rs 25. ie extra charge Rs 02 as cooling charges.
Extra charges is not taken by any company its charged by sellers only to get extra profit over profit given by company.
Plz look into it it as...

i purchased the sealed bottle of mountain dew of 200ml but before opening the seal i saw the some waste product inside it. it means they cheated the customer and responsible for customer health.
for this i complaint to the food and health minister and i sent the mail to newschannel...

i have purcashed one mirinda and found a wraper sealed in that bottle which i later preserved in it sealed state.
on being contacting Pepsi co they didint gave any heed on that matter.
SO i want you to look in to the matter and to take strict action against such company.

I had purchased 2 pkts of coriander seeds (dhaniya seeds) on 14.05.2010 from reliance fresh at keshwapur, hubli and i was charged Rs 36.00 for 200 gms,(whopping Rs 180.00 kg) where as the same thing is available at Rs 85.00 kg). Is it not day light robbery ?
