Last 1irst march 2010 i purchased idea data card from idea center near by sector - 14 Gurgaon but till date didn't started so that i am very depressed idea customer service and idea service provider these people didn't give me any statisfication ans.

For last five days when I connect my idea data card, it has been found that only GSM network has been shown on my computer. No internet connectivity is being started till now. On complain with idea personal, they said there is cable cut in that location. Please resume services at the earliest....
