Regarding Objection by Income Tax department for E-Verification of e-Return, PAN card database not match with Aadhar card Databas-

Income Tax Department already provide me ITR-V Assessment year 2104-15,
but for ITR-V Assessment year 2015-16 hold on Objection by Income Tax department for E-Verification of e-Return, PAN card database not match with Aadhar card Databas.

I wish to say that I have applied for PAN Card vide Application Form 49 A
bearing Application Sr.No.[protected] & my Processing Fee Coupon No. is
[protected].The date of receipt was 2Nov.2007.Further I was told that I will
receive my PAN Card with in one month from the date of receipt.But till date
I have not received my PAN Card.

My self Md Moazzam Ali & I applied for pan card.Pan no-ALKPA7283N, I loss my pan card before 3 mnths.I already submitted application for new pan card on 18th aug 2008 at kurla (w) collection centre.But still no feedback comes from your side...
one other query is that there is some spelling mistake in my middle name..there is some data mistake in pan...
