Claim not settled

The request regarding the Claim no:[protected] has not been settled yet and infact it has been closed. The reason for the closure of the claim is mentioned as late submission of the required documents.But I couldn't submit it on time due to the pandemic situation still existing and the hospital people also didn't respond on time. harassment, mental agony & delay in settlement of hospital dues

After confirmed approval received through sms from good health insurance tpa limited vide claim ref:199110 on[protected], my wife was admitted to the apollo hospitals, bhubaneswar on[protected] for surgery. After being discharged by the concerned surgeon on[protected], i was told that the relevant bills amounting to rs.1, 29, 000.00 approximately sent to the tpa for approval. At 5.10pm i got a message that only rs.50, 000/- has been sanctioned...

In Spite of 5 premiums not covering existing ailments Premium payment delay due to Andhra Bank

The delay/ gap in 4th premium payment is entirely due to Andhra Bank.

AndraBank and UIIC have failed to provide complaints cell e-mail address any where in their documents. I have gone to net and picked them . Andhra Bank is still dodging.

What is the use of lodging complaint against the three agencies involved...
