Hello OLX India,

I have sold my car Tata Tiago XZA with registration number MH12QM6175 to OLX Auto in Pune, Maharashtra on 6th Aug 2023. I tried to contact you through all mediums however there is no response.

It is more than 6 months now and I can still see the car on my name. Also, it is listed by one of the OLX dealer on OLX that means it is in your ownership.

As per the agreement it is mandate...

OLX banned my account named Shine T F without any reason. Please kindly take off the suspension from my account....

I did a terrible mistake. I should have researched first. So, I called a number after seeing an ad on olx.in about an activa 5G selling at 20000. I was suspicious as this was super cheap. But i took the shot and proceeded with it. HI, I have sold my ALTO K10 ( REG NO : AP09CB 2840) TO OLX AUTOS in the month of APRIL 2023, STILL they have not released my hold back amount INR10000/-, they promised me saying it will be release in 180 days, now there is no repsonse from them, please check and release my hold back amount

I have bought and sold stuff on OLX. No fraud or click-baiting can be seen in my post. OLX banned my phone number first and then my email. I reached out to them to unban my account but they gave a generic response. It is not even a human responding to the email. Just because a buyer reports me for not lowering my price is not a reason to ban my account (I hope that is the reason as OLX never shares why because it is not a human responding...

Want to bring a serious concern to your notice . Its been more than 7 months now that i have sold my car to OLX autos. I sold my car to OLX autos in jul 2023. Still after more than 6 months, my car still shows registration under my name. The company has sold the car to some dealer in saharanpur. I have sold my honda city bearing reg TS09EQ0883 to Olx on 8 september 2023.
I was told there is a hold back of 10k rupees which i will receive after RC transfer to new owner. I have not yet received my pending amount after 90 days of sale despite repeated calls and emails and reminders.

I have made purchase for featuring my ad for 30 days, as I checked my ad through other login id, it's still in the position it was earlier. It's marked as featured but still in the bottom. Contacted customer care but they said that sometimes it will be placed on top list and sometimes not. I was denied for a request of refund even on same day of purchase.
