I purchased a panel of Crabtree switches a month ago. These are the isense remote control switches. Ever since I received them, they were not functioning properly. There is some bug in the electronics control. The switches turn on/off by itself. I had made a call to the Crabtree service centre and they sent someone to repair it but the problem persists. from last friday mobile no of entire acxiom softec members were switched off , the payment as been postponed for no reason and since then all the contact no as been switched off ... no response from the channel partner.....
