The company has closed down its chennai operations ; all branches across india has been closed ; hence the chances of refund or resolving the matter through legal recourse does not exist.
1) all the people who run / managed this institution are politically connected
2) they have now gone out of the country in tourist visa to other countries, expected in india by 2020
3) they are planning to open...

When I made my first enquiry over phone, I was getting more than 10 calls every day to make payment and finally they made me pay online where the story ended.
I was chasing them for training seat allotment for one month and finally got allotted. I traveled 400km for training and came to know that they cancelled training. It was the worst frustrating thing happen and they agreed to give me only the certificate without any training.br...

I had registered for the ITIL V3 training to be conducted in Mumbai on 21-22 August 2010.
I had paid the fees for the same on 14 August 2010; it has been more than a month's time and the training is yet to take place.
One week after another, the training kept getting cancelled; from 21 August it was postponed to 28 August and thereafter to 4-5 September 2010.
Finally that batch too got cancelled...
