I have ordered the shoes on 14 Feb 2017 vide order no. 33852 but received the fake one. I have also returned the product and received a mail on 29 march 2017 that you can purchase any product and amount will be adjusted. But No amount stands in my account. I have also mailed them but no reply from them. Also their customer care number is also not working....

Its been 1 and half month and they are not delivering my product (5000 rupees sport shoe). Even not answering my calls, my emails and my chat requests. I have list of all emails sent to them, reverse pick up slip, and everything we want. I am just fed up of these guys, want to teach them a lesson.
I am emailing them, calling them on daily basis but no response. Very unhappy

The Headphone which I received is of very poor quality and not the branded one of Sony, also it is not working properly as one of its speaker is not working .Although I have returned the product and rthe same also reached to sender but they are not refunding my money or they reply to my email and the contact no on the website seems not to be correct .pl help me....
