9903418171, is an ARC NO which is not an ARC no.
It is made an ARC no by system... Please check your system...
This person is also calling other people sysing that they can make any sim card to an ARC no so that free calls between A2A can be made... For this service...

Deactivation of hello tune

I did not opt for hello tune for my sim.
But it has automatically activated.
I am trying to deactivate.
Had called customer care also.
They are not helping.
Please help to deactivate the hello tune.
Every month RS 20 is been deducted for the stupid hello...
