I raised an order on 16th Jan 2023 for two packs of heritage milk 1/2 litre each. the scheduled delivery dates were 18th and 20th jan 2023. no delivery has been given nor the money returned despite a complaint in the customer care since 18 th without fail. kindly arrange for refund of Rs.61.20 plus compensation for causing mental trauma everyday

The milk frequently smells like detergent. When we make curd out of it, the detergent flavour is more stronger and evident. This has become frequent, daily routine.
