ARC Transport Complaints & Reviews

My material was dispatched by arc on 10th of November 2023. Since then till today no office the one in Chennai as well as in cossipore where the material is right no one answers other numbers do not work. i dont know whether the material is safe when it's gonna be delivered. It's unfair on me to having to chase them it's been 13 days no sign of delivering no one answers no one.contacts us. Worst experience ever. TCI is better you have transparence...

We have been trying to contact ARC staff of Mumbai in his contact number [protected] for transport of goods from Dahisar, Mumbai to Raipur Chhattisgarh, but the gentlemen is so busy that he is unable to give rates even after two days and has even blocked our primary contact number with which we were calling him.

We request you to kindly strict action against such unprofessional persons and ask them to quote us prices.

I have booked my goods in arc transport on 3-9-2015 @ ludhiana near division no. 3 to durg .They told me that it will reach on 9-10th of September. But it did'nt reached till now. . i called at arc durg branch, and reached there for confirmation, they shifted there office from there to 8 km. they told it will be reach 14th of September . such a harrasing service i got from this transport. . my consignment no. ARC Transport is hopeless transport of india who is giving always false assurance to his customers that he will deliver the goods within 3 days. but he is not delivery the goods upto 15 days. As my experience says with ARC for the 8 consignments within 2 years that not a single delivery made by ARC transport before 15 days. i.e. From Umbargaon to Nanded, another is Bhiwandi to Nanded...
