When I was premium tatqal ticket I made the payment but the irctc site closed and I again started booking with premium tatqal on another system and booked the ticket and I received SMS of first ticket confirmation alert which the irctc site crashed and thus I have got two ticket as premium tatqal and I will not get the ticket cancellation refund what to do. So pls suggest me some solution......

I just now received the above order which was to be delivered by 06.06.2015. But i had ordered for a metallic pink colored portable laptop table. where as i received a broken old plastic table which is shattered into many pieces. I do not want a plastic portable laptop table.please cancelled my order and refund me the amount credited to you.
Please find the invoice and the photo attached....

ASPIRE TECHNOSOFT ALSO CALLED ASPIRE TECHNOSOFT PVT LTD BASED IN NOIDA,I HAD GIVEN INTERVIEW FOR WHICH CONSULTANCY WHO WAS IN TOUCH OF DIRECTOR OF COMPANY ABHAY(SO CALLED) ASKED TO PAY 20000 AFTER RECIVING JOB LETTER ,I PAY 20000 THEN NEXT DAY WHEN I CAME TO JOIN ABHAY DIRECTOR ASKED 20000 MORE TO JOIN I SAID I ALREAADY PAID BUT HE ASKED TO LEAVE ,COMPANY IS FRAUD THEY USE TO TAKE INTERVIEW AND THEY DONT MENTION SALARY ,AND KEEP FOR 3 MONTH...
