RESPECTED SIR,

I HAVE PURCHASED A MOTHERBOARD OF YOUR COMPANY. BAR CODE SERIAL NO IS 81moAB374602 OF M2N-MX SE PLUS.
TWO WKS AGO MY PC WAS NOT BOOTING AND WAS NO DISPLAY. I CHECKED MY PC BY MY SERVICE ENGG. MY PROCESSOR FAN WAS OK. CURRENT SUPPLY WAS OK. AFTER THAT I WENT TO SERVICE CENTRE AND DEPOSITED MY BOARD WITH WORK ORDER NO- 12037. THE NAME OF SERVICE CENTRE WAS PRINTWELL S A72/3 S.N. BANERJEE ROAD SUIT-16/1 PH-033 22498887, 033 2227-6440, 033 3250-1981.

AFTER TWO WKS THEY TOLD ME THE M/B WAS SENT TO BANGALORE. AFTER ONE WK THEY TOLD THE M/B WAS BURNT...

Hi All,

I am owning ASUS laptop and in between motherboard was not working of that laptop. We filled complaint against that after 15 days we receive our laptop. Again some sound was coming from laptop again it took 5 days to solve the issue.

After resolving previous problem they are generating new issues in laptop. Now my laptop screen is not working properly and when I am saying to replace that they are not giving any solution for that.

Almost 28 days have been passed away and still my laptop issue is not resolved.

I can say worst service...

i buy a asus laptop on 02/03/12. after few months its disply is not working properly. so on 4th january i took that laptop on that shop(virus systems). and the sales man took the laptop to the asus dealer from kochi,kerala. then the dealer(mobile number of dealer is:+919995804916) send a message to the sales mans mobile about accepting the complaint(date 4 june. no195). he tell the laptop get in 7 working days… bt after 1 month i did not get the laptop.. i am only speak malayalam language. so i dnt know how to speak to asus’s customer care exicutives…. plz help me……. my moble no is +918943424987,...

I bought a vivobook F201E on the 3rd of April 2013. Within the first week I started facing a problem with the touchpad. It would abruptly stop scrolling. I called up the dealer who I had bought it from and they said that they would send me a technician to fix the problem. I bought an ASUS P5K-VM motherboard on 3 december 08. It was faulty since the day i purchaced it. As I did not have time, after 4 months on 27-4-09, I took the motherboard to service centre at Rashi Periferals. They repaired it and gave me back on 22. They said that there was a problem in ic and they have repaired it. But it crashed while installing windows and refused to start again. I took the motherboard again to the service centre and then they replaced it. They said that they are giving new motherboard but in actual it was a used board and had more problems than previous board. I took it again...

ASUS - Not giving me refund for faulty product

I purchased a google nexus 7 tablet and within a week i realized that it had various issues. I gave it to service center, got it repired but it had the same problems again was repaired and had the same problem. I asked for refund and I was told to get a replacement . when i went to take the replacement, it had the same set of faults so i returned it there and then. Since then I have been contacting ASUS customer support through email and phone for refund as I do not need the tablet but never get any appropriate reply and most of the time no reply at all. Dear Asus Team, This is really very disappointing for kind of after sales service i am getting from your customer service.I bought E pc from ASUS in the month of feb 2013 and submitted to ASUS service center for repair related issue on 26/08/2013 but the service response is quite pathetic. The person from service centre told me that they don't know how much time it will take to deliver my laptop in a running condition also gave me one number 18002090365 which i am keep on trying but not getting connect after waiting for 15 or more than that line get disconnect ...feeling really very helpless...

ASUS - Missing service for product !!

I own an Asus O!play mini. I bought it 14 months ago, and the warranty was for 12 months. My remote stopped working recently and the Asus service center (Rashi peripherals) refused any servicing option for that product since the warranty period was over !! They said the only option was to buy a NEW complete media player set (~ Rs 4000). I said I can pay for the remote repairing, but that was also not possible as per ASUS policy.
I called up your toll free numbers and after 30 mins I received the same news from them saying that the only option is to buy a new media player set.
