Axis Bank Complaints

I am a customer of AXIS Bank for 1.5 years and I have received only once my bank statement. They show every thing on their site to lure customer but do not have any customer complain link. I have tried to resolve it by calling them but all my effort turn futile. My customer ID is 366005228...

I have salary account with Axis bank, Cochin branch.
They had deducted 300Rs+ 30.90(Service Tax @10.30%) from my account, when i asked them why this happened they told me that I can have only 3 transaction allow in a month.

If my transaction increase by 3 then...

I am a student bank account holder of axis bank. on 29/09/2008 I got debited Rs 280. from my bank account no. 095010100136280.
For this account I have to maintain just Rs 500 per quarter.

I needed bank statements from AXIS bank urgently..First I went to dhole patil road branch where the middle aged lady was rude so much so that I felt I am asking something from her personal account...She asked me to come next day...only for bank statements ?...I went to deccan branch where there...

I requested for a cheque book nearly 2 months ago. Each time I call up and enquire about it, they keep saying I will get it within the next 2 days. I applied in the first week of Septmember and have not yet received it....

I have always maintained a good a/c bal in my A/c but still i dont understand that AXIS BANK have deducted 750 + 92 as Consolidated Charges from my A/c . We should really get together and sue this bank because with their branch services they seems to be pathetic and they do not have good Qualified...
