Hi used Blaze-flash courier service to send my tekfusion earphones worth 1500/- to Tekfusion Bangalore office on 19/3/2014, as it was in warranty and I wanted a replacement. Since then I am daily calling to their office for the status, as it hasn't been delivered yet.Getting no answer from them, have a complain number 169994 as well. From last 2-3 months their customer care number also not responding, and now the warranty of my earphones...

This is the worst courier service which you can ever use. Only thing I can recommend is better use unregistered post than using this company's courier service. I sent a courier from Delhi on 2nd of feb 2013 and it didn't reach even till date. All the attempts to contact customer care services, offices in Pune were unsuccessful. The courier service has given a bad time to me. It took 8 days to deliver from Delhi to Shimla. After several follow up with the courier service they finally called me & said that they can't deliver it to my home address. You please come & collect the courier. When we have paid the courier charges how can they refuse to deliver.

The courier service provided by BLAZEFLASH organization is highly disappointing. Moreover the customer care service representatives are not ready to even listen to the customer complaints.

i am shanawaz alam,one of my relative had sent a courier 2 jaipur.It has been sent a long back nd in the website of blazeflash it was showing delivered till 16th march 2010 but today its showin its not in our system contact customer care.the courier has not yet delivered 2 jaipur,wen called dey said that it will reach by tomorrow but today also it has not reached nd wen we are calling they are not picking up the call.we are realy harrassed...

If I call to customer care they don't provide any details for the same and they are very rude while talking. They said no need to call here go to the person where you have given your courier. They cut the phone...

My friend had mailed a parcel (cosginment no.[protected] on 17th June from Nehru Palace, Delhi [blazeflash dealer] for Allahabad, UP.
Till date there is no information about the parcel.There is no update on the website and website is not working.Parcel contains very important study material.

I sent a courier from Delhi to Cuttack (Airway Bill Number:[protected] on 4 Dec 08. The courier was delivered but of the four page document inside, the first page was missing. The document contained personal information. It is highly unprofessional on the part of Blazeflash to do this apart from the damage it has done to me by removing the first page of the document inside.
