BSNL Gujarat online bill payment over payment - Overpayment of Bill for Dec.2008

I had made online billpayment to BSNL Gujarat cirle through their portal for the month of Dec.2008 for Rs.1778/- three times as the payment was not sucessful on two occasins. However my account has been debited Rs.1778/- for three times i.e Rs.5334/- though it should have been only Rs.1778/-.
