I posses a Landline of BSNL, bearing number 040 23514777. I requested for Data One connection about one and a half month back. The technician informed that there was some problem in the line and there was a complaint raised for the same and since then there was no action taken...

The BSNL land line phone is often going 'dead' due to road widening work for metro rail project....
