I am a regular customer of dairy milk products and I use to buy a variety of silk chocolates. This time, the chocolate I bought, was completely spoiled and inappropriate to eat and it could cause detrimental impact on my health. Such kind of carelessness from such a presitigious company is totally shocking as we trust this brand a lot but getting such spoiled chocolate is intolerable.

We purchased cadbury diary milk Rs.10 bar on 19/10/2016. Its manufacturing date is June 2016. When we opened the pack it has white fungus on it. The packaging said it is best before 12 months of packaged date. It also mentioned that temperature and humidity changes may cause the product to develop a whitish layer without affecting its fitness for consumption. But there is a difference between a whitish layer and white fungus. How can this...

I recently bought few dairymilks in Sanand area and it turned out to be spoiled dotted powdery and looks fake to me. Just like the chox but tackier with the dots on it. Since its expiry date is not even close I am guessing your reputations on stake may be your product is not faulty but someone else might be using your packaging. Do something about this.
