Hello All,

I just came accros one Tata Indigo car near Chennai, Manapakkam area, it is a 'T' board car (under finance) and the number is TN22DF9549, suddenly that guy is now using a fake registration number TN10BF2226 (which is his bike registartion number) and using it as an white board car.

Not sure, if he is doing something illegal?...

It has been intimated by HDFC BANK through SMS that ECS for loan amount Rs 6839/- is to be redeposited to SBI Golpark branch for payment when there is sufficient balance in the account .

The Chief Manager SBI Golpark branch has been approached . The matter should be sorted out between the two banks instead of harassing the customer .
Please elucidate .

My car loan instalment has been complited long back, I also tried to collect the NOC from ICICI Bank Jamshedpur but but i can't got it,now my question is it possible to received the same from other ICICI branch,if the answer is yes kindly guide me accordingly. I am trying to make full payment of my car loan no . (AU[protected] from last two weeks . BUt no one from the axis bank is intersted in helping me out. My car got stolen on June 2009 in Banglore, i have lodged a police complient & i have a FIR copy too. As per the rule police suppose to investigate for first six months, if car is not recovered they have to give a C-report, after that i can claim my insurance.

I wanted to apply for a car loan for Rs. 1 lac, it has been rejected by CIBIL, I have no dues outstanding, I had 2 loans one from HDFC home loan which I have cleared & obtained a 'no dues certificate' second from Fullerton Financial Company a 2-wheeler loan for which I have also obtained a 'no dues certificate'.

I don't understand which consumer loan is pending against my name so that CIBIL is issuing...
