On 20th october i was travelling from chennai international airport to dubai. I exchanged my indian rupee of rs.50000 at centrum in chennai airport, they had made the exchage rate as rs.19.7, but it was around 17.7 only. As i was new to dubai i dont know the exchange rate at that time. They have cheated about rs.5000. Also they made rs.3418 as exchange conversion charges. Kindly take action on them and try to reimburse my money....

Purchased usd 1000 on 20 may 2016 in the form of an icici travel card. Payment made through cheque for rs. 67822 on the same date. On a trip to uae in september 2017, when trying to use the card the bank confirms that the usd was never loaded on the card by the authorised dealer.
