Drainage block/overflow problem

we are residing Kolaikaranpet first Street, Gowdiya Mutt Road, Royapettah, for past 20 years. Over 6 months we are facing Drainage over flow very frequently, whenever we complain to A.E[protected], he send the persons, whenever they came and cleaned that would be blocked on the same day or next day. It is happening till now from 6 months. Their efforts go vain.

Hello all,
Its rediculous about ward 67 of chennai metrowater and sewage board. No one concerned on public problems. We gave complaint month back on severe drainage block, ward 67 Engineers never take immediate action. If the problem arises in their home they will not sit idle like this. WORST BOARD
Even after all approval has been done,they neglect to work....
