i have got a sms from chevron mobile lottery company that i have won prize money of Rs 500000.i have claim for the prize money through my email id.after getting my detail through mail they send me certificate of my prize money on my email.but i have not yet recieved any type of prize money.i am attaching the certificate with this complain.instead of sending me prize money they asked me to pay rs 38000 to recieved the prize money.they...

YOU assured me that i can claim my prize as early as possible.But i did not understand the procedure to claim my prize.Please tell me clearly the amount in Indian rupee that i have to pay to customs office,where is that customs office located. I want your assurance that after i pay to the customs office I will surely clam my prize with no further problems...
