I've been requesting for GST Invoice for the booking IDs in subject, but not receiving proper response till date. Clearly while booking, I was charged GST on both the values, but GST bill is only provided for ticket price....

I came to watch godzilla 3d on 06.04.24 cinepolis janak, new delhi and while waiting I was extremely uncomfortable bcos there was no AC.
ON TALKING TO MANAGER HE TOLD THAT THIS HAS BEEN A PROBLEM FOR TWO YEARS AND THAT THERE IS NO SOLUTION....

Currently watching aadujeevitham goat life at DB mall, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and the sound quality is very poor. Background music can be heard loudly but the cinema dialogues are very poor.
Also movie was supposed to be with subtitle, but its not available....

I visited Viviana Cinepolis today for a late night show and got a hot dog. The meat was stale and the bread was rotting.
I had a stomach ache from eating it just halfway. It's horrible how you okay with the health of customers...

The speaker over our seat numbers is faulty.. and is causing lot of noise .
We have raised this issue multiple times to the manager, Pankaj .

But no action has been taken yet .
We paid 800+ rupees for these seats, and all we are getting is static noises...

I am trying to book my tickets through a voucher code and the first time i applied it, it was applicable but i did not book the tickets because we were unsure if we are available for that show so we canceled. Now when I am trying to apply that voucher code again, it says it is already used. Please provide me a new voucher code...

I booked 3 tickets for article 370 Nexus Seawoods Navi Mumbai today for the 3 March 10.30 AM show. The money was deducted from my account but the tickets were not booked. Used the Cinepolis website and Upi for payment

I was booking 2 tickets for the movei, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. I made the booking using PayTM on 25/02/2024.

Money has been deducted from my account but the booking failed. I didn't get the tickets. I have not received any updates on the refund either....

IRs 408 has been debited from my account on the booking of 3 tickets for brahmayugam movie on 25th february. The booking was not confirmed and I have not recieved the refund....

Its highly disappointing to see that a brand like Cinepolis is not offering free drinking water to their customers. The bottle which ee can purchase from the food court is half the price of the movie ticket(which is 80 rupees).
Basic drinking water facility is available even in public bus stands. It should be bare minimum i n such a huge theatre. Its really shameful that Cinepolis forces us to buy a bottle worth rs.80 at there theatres....

Today i .e on 14 Jan 2024 while ordering F&B from Cinepolis Bhubaneswar the staff Varsha handed over plain CO2 and water instead on soft drink. After that when confronted they tried to wish away the thing without addressing the issue. The way the consumers are ill treated by a leading hospitality brand is appalling, unforgivable and unfortunate. On top of that the manager Mir behaves as if they own the place. Such kind o[censored]nfortunate behaviour...

In Meenakshi mal Cinepolis not Even allowed solid food parcil which I took inside the mall itself.
Note, I showed the bill which is inside Meenakshi Mall itself.

I have had a pretty bad experience last 4-5 times i watched a movie at cinepolis Nexus Westend, Pune

1. The soundproofing is bad, i can hear films from the next door theatre, i watched priscillia there...i could hear the loud sam bahadur from the show going on in the next door.
2. The projectionists messed up 3 of the last 4 shows i went there for. They couldn't understand where to put the interval screen...skipping...

My family does not understand Hindi. Only reason I paid over 2000 rupees to come here is because the website said dunki ( Hindi with eng subtitles)

However the movie did not have any subtitles

How is it possible for cinepolis to mislead the audience so grossly - not only was it a waste of time and money but a huge inconvenience for everyone...
