I am very disppointed with the service provided by classic gifts pune. I have placed an order on 13th Feb for same day delivery in Pune order no. DCGP-[protected] and after calling customer desk several times, they informed that order is not eligible for same day delivery and it will be delivered in 2-3 working days.
I have received the gift just now after 6 days of placing the order (which was promised 2-3 working days) and that too...

I ordered a gift (code dcgp[protected] on 18/08/2016 for same day delivery to my family in pune on occasion of raksha bandhan. the website committed for same day delivery or else 100% refund.

The amount was debited to my credit card, the order no. was generate as order no.: dcgp[protected] showing delivery date of 18/08/2016

The order was not delivered yesterday so i tried phoning many...

Ordered gift for my wife. From classicgiftspune.com for.Rs. 1290 which and they proided me order no. DCGP-[protected] booked on 09 Feb 2016 which was aspected to deliver on 14 Feb.
Gigt is not delivered and when I was try to contact on given number [protected] its ringing but not receiving.
Please help...
