Mera naam shoeb mulla he me gujarat ke vapi karib umbergaon taaluke ke ek sanjan gaon me rehta hu mene last month 13feb2017 ko vapi ke coolpad service station me mere coolpad mega mobile ka (MIC) kharab ho jane ki vajah se repairing ke liye diya jo ki abhi warranty me he mujhe waha se 23feb2017 ke din vapas de dege keh kar liya tha ab ek month se jyada ho gaya he par ab tak mila nahi he or waha jau ya costomer help line pe call karu to waha...

The phone (Coolpad Mega 2.5D) which i have got from amazon, this phone touch is not at all working.
On 4th october 2016 i have ordered and on 9th october 2016 i have got my phone. And taking the phone i have paid the amount and i have checked my phone and i have recognized that my touch pad is not working immediately i have called the delivery person and he said that the payment is completed and he asked me to return the product.
