a payback card was send to me from Mumbai...but it was not delivered to me at once...even my phone num was mentioned on the courier's envelope yet they dosnt bothered to call or inform me in any way..instead they sent back the parcel back to Mumbai..and then after the i complained at tilak nagar office like 5-6 times..there after it was been received by me through speed post..that also i went to collect at post office...i just wanted...

Lost Courier
My Ondot Courier AW Bill no.[protected] has not reached yet at my Virar house address, Distt Thane-401303. Track History at website of Ondot show that from Sajan Enterprise in Mumbai it is sent to Virar Office of Ondot on 4th August 2008 but I have not received you.
We did not expect such Service from Ondot.
I hope my Complaint will be promptly addressed.
